3. Subscription Pricing and Terms

All prices and costs in the United States of America are in US Dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Unless User cancels the subscription, Company will automatically renew the applicable service when it comes up for renewal and will take payment from the payment method associated with the User's account.

Subscription Cancellation:

• For subscriptions purchased on our website: Contact our support team at help@simplesciaticasolution.com
• For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play: Cancel through your respective account settings

User agrees and confirms that deleting the app or your personal data does not cancel the subscriptions and it does not imply any right to refunds.

If the User does not wish for service to automatically renew, they may elect to cancel the subscription at least 48 hours before the end of current period.

4. Third Party Content

The Platform may contain other content, products, or services which are offered or provided by third parties ("Third Party Content"), including but not limited to links to other Websites and advertisements. We have no responsibility for the creation of any such Third Party Content including but not limited to any related products, practices, terms, or policies, and we will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by any Third Party Content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND

You understand, agree, and acknowledge that the Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability for damages arising with respect to this Agreement and any and all use of the Platform will not exceed the total amount of money paid by you through the platform in the 12 months period prior to the claim, subject to applicable law.

6. Your Account and Commitments

You hereby confirm that you are legally able to consent to receive application services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally able to enter into a contract.

You agree and commit not to:

7. Refund Policy

We follow a no refund policy, unless the product is proven to be faulty. In such cases, User must contact our customer support at help@simplesciaticasolution.com within 14 days upon purchase and must provide detailed information proving Company's product fault (with visual proof attached).

Under applicable legal acts, the User has a right to change their mind and return delivered goods within 14 days from the day of delivery. However, this right is not applicable for digital content once provision has commenced.

8. Modifications and Termination

We may modify, suspend, disrupt, or discontinue the Platform, any part of or use of the Platform, whether to all clients or to you specifically, at any time with or without notice to you. You agree and acknowledge that we will not be liable for any of the aforementioned actions or for any losses or damages that are caused by any of the aforementioned actions.

9. Governing Law

The Agreement and our relationship with you shall both be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, excluding any rules governing choice of laws.

You irrevocably agree that the exclusive venue for any action or proceeding arising out of relating to the Agreement or our relationship with you, regardless of theory, shall be courts located in the State of Texas.
